  • Coordination

    Our coordination package starts one month before the big day. We are there for the final push.

    We have a full meeting to go through all the details you’ve planned for your day. Finalize timeline, manage the details and work with your vendors so you can be fully present on your wedding day.

  • Partial Planning

    Are you deep in the planning world and want a break? Partial planning is when we jump in and meet you where you are at. Do you need help finding several vendors, finalizing details, and communication taken over by someone else? We’re happy to do so! Then we are there for the full wedding day, set up to clean up, making sure the day and details run smoothly.

  • The Full Package

    Our full planning package is a start-to-finish experience designed to give you peace of mind through every step of the planning process. We’ll handle vendor outreach, design planning, timelines, and every detail in between so you can enjoy your engagement without the stress.

    From the first consultation to your final send-off, we’ll be by your side managing logistics, keeping you on track, and ensuring your wedding day runs seamlessly from setup to strike.

  • Cultural Hall Draping

    Venue’s can be a big expense that you don’t want. If you are using a church gym or cultural hall we drape the walls and ceiling, add lights and cover the basketball hoops. Pretty soon the only thing that resembles the space you are using is the gym floor, and we can problem solve that as well.

  • The Decorator

    For those who have everything planned out, they want to save the time and money on decorations. We plan the decor exactly as you’ve wanted it. Without the hassle of you owning all the decorations and having to set it up.

    $95/ Hour plus decor rentals

How it Works

Set up a time for us to get to know each other, talk about your event and which package options are going to be the best for you.

3. Meet with Us

If you’ve booked our partial or full planing package we have regular meetings to figure out logistics, vendors and the fine details. We assign out tasks, and do our best to always let you know what is next. Our coordinating package involves a meeting one month before the wedding day to go through all the final details and timeline to make sure your day will run smoothly. All of our planning packages include a layout mock-up, rehearsal and day of coordination.

If you decide we are a good fit, let’s make it happen! We require a 50% retainer to secure the date, and then the fun really starts. We start by sending you a questionnaire to get the details of what you’re wanting, and we get a meeting on the calendar. We recommend booking early, our dates fill up quickly and we’d hate to be full on your wedding day.

4. The Wedding Day

Wedding day is go time for us, we are there every step of the way from load in to clean-up managing the vendors and decor details to bring your vision to life. We’ve been told it can be “Better than Disneyland”, “Best Personal Assistants”, “Silent Runners” and “Magicians” as we work to create a seamless wedding day where you can be very intentional with what you focus on, and enjoy the wedding day, it goes faster than you think.
